All orders are sent U.S. first class.
SHIPPING CHARGES :
For US domestic orders CD's are $3.75 for one to two CDs and $1.50 for each additional CD. After 6 CD's there is no additional shipping costs.
For international orders, $7.50 for the first CD and $3.00 for each additional CD. After 5 CD's there is no additional shipping costs.

About International Orders:
International orders may be subject to import duties by your country. To see what these might be, contact your local customs office. We ship international orders with customs declarations of the retail value of your order.

Q. How long does it take to receive my order?
A. Standard Edition orders are always sent by the next business day after the order has been placed. Signed Edition orders begin shipping 10 business days after the end of the sale. After an order has been sent, we send a confirmation through Pay Pal. All orders are sent U.S. first class. Also, there are no tracking numbers. International orders are sent U.S. airmail.
Orders in the lower 48 states normally take 3 to 7 days from the time you place your order. International orders
take from 5 days to 2 weeks depending on distance and customs. We are unable to combine separate orders.

Q. I made a mistake on my order and would like to make a change.
A. If you ordered a CD(s), email us at service@bucketheadpikes.com and we can correct the form. If you want to change or add to the order, please email us and we will sort it out accordingly. Please check your mailing address when you purchase as we are not responsible for incorrect addresses. Unfortunately Digital Downloads are non-refundable. We can not offer refunds after 10 days from when the order was placed.

Q. I received my order but the package was damaged or the CD case or disc is damaged.
A. If you have problems with damaged CDs, please email us at service@bucketheadpikes.com. We ask that you please send the damaged CD back to us. Once we receive the damaged CD we will send you a replacement.

Q. My Marmit brand CR9 Cattle Prod does not work anymore, do you sell the power cells for it?
A. Unfortunately no, we no longer carry that brand of cattle prod. You may want to try Early's Mercantile or Uriah's Tractor and Farm supply down off the lnterstate.

Q. What is Buckethead Pikes?
A. A kiosk shop set up in the park that carries particular wedges not readily available at the toystore.
